- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Wash the spinach, apple, and cucumber thoroughly. Slice the apple and cucumber for easier blending.
- Add the liquids: Pour the coconut water and regular water into the blender first.
- Layer the ingredients: Add the spinach, then the apple and cucumber slices.
- Blend until smooth: Process until creamy and well combined.
