- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing any perforations.
- Evenly spread the cooked sausage over the dough, followed by the shredded cheese.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
