  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing any perforations.
  • Evenly spread the cooked sausage over the dough, followed by the shredded cheese.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
